Problem
Feedback wanted: ready to merge. Risk: none seen in an e2e run. Triage only runs when a scan matches, and neither run made a triage call.
Warlock 0.2.5 (PostHog/warlock#74) changes what triage sees when content runs past 30000 chars. It shows the text around each match instead of only the first 30000 chars, keeps a match it can't show as a true positive, and asks again about matches the model left without a verdict. The wizard scans tool output in 100k-char chunks, so it gets the same fix.
