GitHub (you are here) is a source code hosting service for version control using Git.

The Code Tab is a library of the source code, allowing you to view text files online that display the code, and download map and icon files to view locally.
The Issues Tab is a list of Issues, or bug reports.
The Pull Requests Tab is a list of Pull Requests, which are attempts to modify the code or art and map assets.
