Treat warnings raised in python execution of docs as errors

Right now if there is a warning raised while building the docs and tutorials, it just happens.
However, the code in the docs / tutorials shouldn't be raising any warnings – if it does, it means we should probably change either the docs or the code.

This should be also done for QREF repo!
