Setting for color of live template highlights?

Where in DITE are the settings for the foreground and background colors for the live template fields?

For what it's worth:

• In Delphi 10.4, the fields have boxes around them, and the field containing the cursor has background and foreground colors.
• In Delphi 11.x, all the fields get the same highlighting background and foreground.

... but I couldn't find where these are set either in Delphi's color settings, nor in DITE, even though the colors actually do change from one theme to another.
