Hello,
I'm Fahim Rajit Hossain!
I am an Electrical Engineering graduate ๐ with a strong background in astronomy and Astrophysics ๐ญ and experience in astronomical data science, machine learning, Generative AI, science olympiads, and statistics ๐ฅ.
I am currently:
- Full-time Research Collaborator (employed) at the Astronomical LLM Benchmarking Expert, California, USA,
- Research Fellow at the Inside-Out Planet Formation, CASSUM-CICO, Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden,
- Academic Head, Bangladesh Team Leader** ๐ก๐ at the Bangladesh Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (BDOAA) ๐๏ธ.
I am actively pursuing MSc and Ph.D. opportunities within STEM fields. My work lies at the intersection of observational astronomy, computational applications, and data science, incorporating advanced computational methods to gain new insights into astrophysics and bridging the gap between theory and empirical observations.
I'm currently working on multiple projects, including Exoplanetary Atmosphere & Formation, Gravitational Lensing, Stellar Populations, Signal Processing, and LLM Applications in Interdisciplinary Fields.
My research interests include Exoplanetary Atmosphere, Strong Gravitational Lensing, Dark Matter distribution, and Stellar Population โจ. As I am passionate about learning new topics in astronomical data science, visualizing data, and conducting research ๐ค, I enjoy sharing valuable insights ๐ง and making an impact that helps others learn. I am always open to discussions, so feel free to ask questions or share concerns ๐ฌ.
