Fixes a FloatingPointError in
get_weighted_projected_inertia_tensorby taking the absolute value of the eigenvalues before computing the axis ratio, matching what the 3D inertia tensor function already does.Improves error reporting when a property calculation crashes, the exception now includes a note saying which field (and projection) failed for which subhalo.
