Frontend CI fails (Build/Lint/Test + Prototype Acceptance skipped). lucide-react 0.446 -> 1.27 is a MAJOR jump and very likely removed or renamed an icon this repo imports (e.g. Hexagon in the Sidebar, Compass in NotFoundPage). Fix: either (a) pin to a compatible 0.x/1.x version that keeps the imported icons, or (b) update the imports to the renamed icons and re-run CI. Do not merge until Frontend + Prototype Acceptance are green.
