fix: resolve functions in predicate input expressions

• resolve closed predicate input expressions through the function registry
• preserve predicate resolution for predicate expressions
• cover binding and evaluation regressions

Validation

• dotnet test Expressif.sln --nologo --no-restore --maxcpucount:1
• dotnet format Expressif.sln analyzers --verify-no-changes --no-restore
