Oh whoops there's a bug, I forgot about the other reason that timer existed, besides the resolution change hook not existing at the time that UI library was made. |

I'll fix that in a second, I'm currently cloning all repositories that use that library since all of them need to receive the update as well |

Moved the resolution-handling code to the top of the file.
Removed the timer
Implemented the
UpdateResolutionfunction locally within the file, while keeping the associated values private.
