docs(self-host): truth audit for the self-host pages (TASK-013) - #2837
Stale "MongoDB only" text fixed. The local Compose profile has run PostgreSQL since feat(self-host): local profile runs PostgreSQL (TASK-503 slice 1) #2806 (docker-compose.local.yml:24, :43, :58, :114). index.mdx and docker.mdx said MongoDB only, and docker.mdx said it excluded PostgreSQL. Both now list PostgreSQL.
down vs down -v.docker.mdx now says both the MongoDB and PostgreSQL volumes are kept, and -v removes both (docker-compose.local.yml:134-136).
.env creation.environment-variables.mdx and index.mdx now say the installer creates PG_PASSWORD as well as JWT_SECRET, adds PG_PASSWORD to an existing .env that lacks it (install.sh:42-48), and needs OpenSSL to create or update .env.
Browser on another device. Carried over from Sable's review (2ed06bb): the frontend bakes http://localhost:5000 at build time (docker-compose.local.yml:120), so the page says to open the app on the machine that runs it.
Claim table. Self-host section, 30 rows, each with a file:line on main. Every row is TRUE after the fixes above; none is WALKED.
Not in this PR
docs/deployment/SELF_HOSTED.md. Sable's 2ed06bb edited its PostgreSQL profile text. That text is superseded by main, so this PR keeps main's version and drops the edit. The file is linked from these pages but is not one of the four audited pages.
Logged-in or browser walks. None were run. Self-host is not on commonly.me, and the ego-browser seat fence blocks browser steps here. GTM walks the install on this row if it wants a walked verdict.
The local Compose profile runs PostgreSQL since #2806, so the pages that
said "MongoDB only" were stale. Fixed in place:
- index, docker: the profile builds frontend, backend, MongoDB and
PostgreSQL. `down` keeps both volumes; `-v` removes both.
- index: OpenSSL is needed to create or update `.env`.
- environment-variables: the installer creates `PG_PASSWORD` as well as
`JWT_SECRET`, and adds `PG_PASSWORD` to an existing `.env` that lacks it.
- index: the build-time `http://localhost:5000` note from Sable's review
(2ed06bb) is kept.
Claim table: Self-host section, 30 rows with file:line on main. Sable's
SELF_HOSTED.md wording from 2ed06bb is dropped: main's PostgreSQL text
supersedes it. Browser walks are not run here and stay with GTM.

The deployment documentation now describes PostgreSQL in the local Compose setup, .env creation and updates, and the single-machine access limit. The claim table adds dated evidence for self-hosting pages.

Deployment guidance and claim audit docs-site/deployment/index.mdx, docs-site/deployment/environment-variables.mdx, docs-site/deployment/docker.mdx, docs/audits/claim-table.md
The deployment pages describe PostgreSQL services, Compose volume retention, installer handling of JWT_SECRET and PG_PASSWORD, and the localhost access constraint. The claim table adds dated verdicts and evidence for self-hosting pages.

Limit the PG_PASSWORD claim to the path that reaches the append.
install.sh validates an existing .env before it appends PG_PASSWORD. If the file lacks both a non-default JWT_SECRET and PG_PASSWORD, the script exits at the JWT check and never appends PG_PASSWORD. State the valid-JWT_SECRET precondition and update claim-table row 98.
As per path instructions, customer-facing claims must match repository behavior.

Update the PG_PASSWORD documentation in claim-table row 98 to state that the
installer appends it only when an existing .env has a non-default JWT_SECRET and
reaches the append step; otherwise, the JWT_SECRET check exits first. Align the
claim with install.sh behavior.

Document the OpenSSL prerequisite on this page.
When .env is absent, or when an existing .env with a valid non-default JWT_SECRET lacks PG_PASSWORD, install.sh requires openssl to generate the missing values. The page describes these operations without stating this prerequisite.
Suggested documentation update
If there is no `.env` file, the local installer creates an ignored one with a
generated `JWT_SECRET` and `PG_PASSWORD`. If `.env` exists without `PG_PASSWORD`,
the installer adds one. If `.env` exists without a non-default `JWT_SECRET`,
+OpenSSL must be installed for the installer to create `.env` or add+`PG_PASSWORD` to an existing `.env`.
`./install.sh` stops and asks you to set one. Keep the value private and stable

Update the installer description in the environment-variable documentation to
state that OpenSSL must be installed when `install.sh` generates a missing
`JWT_SECRET` or `PG_PASSWORD`, including creating `.env` or adding `PG_PASSWORD`
to an existing file. Keep the existing explanation of non-default `JWT_SECRET`
behavior unchanged.

Cite guide content for these TRUE rows.
Rows 90, 96, and 104 cite only link existence. Add the supporting guide sections. If the guides do not support the full claim, change the claim or verdict.

For row 104, cite the connector-specific guide and the self-hosting section that contains connector setup. SELF_HOSTED.md:101-103 only covers optional integration keys. If no connector setup section exists, change the claim to state that the environment-variable page directs readers to those guides.

Update the evidence for the health-check, Docker, and connector claims in the
audit table: cite the specific supporting guide sections rather than relying on
link existence. For row 104, include connector-specific setup evidence; if the
guides do not support a claim fully, narrow the claim or change its verdict.

Checked the claims that changed against the PR head:
PostgreSQL is part of the local profile: docker-compose.local.yml:24 (postgres service), volumes mongo-data and postgres-data at :135-136.
.env behaviour: install.sh:23-27 stops on a missing or default JWT_SECRET; :42-47 appends PG_PASSWORD under umask 077. All three sentences in environment-variables.mdx match.
Browser on another device: REACT_APP_API_URL=http://localhost:5000 at :120 is set at build time, so "open the app on the machine that runs it" is accurate. The table marks it not walked from a second device, which is honest.
Dropping "or private" from "one local or private machine" is right, given that localhost URL.
Optional nit, not blocking: "If .env exists without a non-default JWT_SECRET" is a double negative. "If .env has no JWT_SECRET, or still has the example value" reads more easily.
