SemanticVersion moved out of SwiftExtensions in 3.0.0; wire Version through the new package, drop unused SE imports, and keep real helpers (titleCased, removingDuplicates, LazyCompactMapSequence) via internal/public imports.
Excel cover A2, PDF cover (below Created-by), and PDF footer centre share the same label; include ExcelReportTest OFK-Copyright outputs for review.
Sync Manual/CLI/README, Tests READMEs, AGENT/.cursorrules/ARCHITECTURE (mermaid), and CHANGELOG for --label-copyright and the 963-test suite.
