…LS.md. Omit out-of-bounds markers by default; --include-markers-outside-clip-boundaries adds them with a Hidden column. --protect-sheets applies workbook edit locks (not encryption). Document hard must/must-not constraints alongside ARCHITECTURE.md.
CHANGELOG to 3.1.1 and align Manual, ARCHITECTURE, GUARDRAILS, agent docs, and test READMEs with protectSheets, Markers Hidden, and suite counts.
