Restore the missing picomatch lock entry
With svelte-check still pulling in fdir, this optional peer now has no matching lockfile package after the node_modules/svelte-check/node_modules/picomatch block was removed. A clean install in apps/web fails before the build step used by .github/workflows/pr.yml and .github/workflows/cd.yml: npm ci --dry-run --ignore-scripts --engine-strict=false reports Missing: picomatch@ from lock file, while the parent lockfile passes the same check. Restoring the nested picomatch entry (or regenerating the lockfile so npm resolves the peer consistently) is needed before CI can run npm ci.
