What does this PR do?
This branch removes all explainability code already integrated into the model service. With this branch, the explainability-api folder only includes behavioral tests.
However, this is still not working. I get this error
When I run
PYTHONPATH=app/ uvicorn main:app --reload --host 0.0.0.0 --port 8010 --env-file .env
