Ignore keystrokes that are not exactly Command+Shift

Hi. First of all, this isan awesome project.

My issue is that when I use combinations like Command+Shift+F I end up with switched layout. I see this can be fixes by combining "switch after release" with checking that no other buttons were pressed while the shift was pressed.

I could do a PR for that, but I couldn't find the build instructions for the project.

I'm using shift to switch, which makes it even worse. Every key combination that includes shift (for example capitalizing any letters) now switches my input method, which doesn't make sense!

Hi just test it out and i can confirm that it works now. Thanks for the fix! i think we can safely close this issue now.

that said, there is another issue i encountered and is stopping me from using this project. i've just raised it. see #28
