Scheduled issues lose their instructions
The monthly workflow in .github/workflows/monthly-challenge-issue.yml:26 still links to the deleted #monthly-challenges section, so its generated issues send contributors to instructions that no longer exist. Retire the workflow along with the challenges, or update its link.
