- Add seed-preview-users.ts. For each preview email it writes one CMS admin and one verified frontend user, without a verification email. An existing account gets its password reset (and is verified again). - The password comes from PREVIEW_USERS_PASSWORD. Without it, the seed uses 12345678 and logs a warning. - payload-step.mjs maps --preview to SEED_PREVIEW=true, because payload run keeps only positional arguments. SEED_PREVIEW is false otherwise, so an env value alone cannot turn it on. Unknown flags fail. - predeploy.sh passes its arguments to the seed.
