This PR adds a new CLI utility, wlanpi-techsupport. The goal is to run a suite of diagnostic checks on the WLAN Pi (OS, kernel, system resources, packages, network configuration, wireless interface capabilities, loaded modules, systemd service status, and recent kernel/service journals) and offer options to save the report locally or could upload it directly to a pastebin sharing service that we should self-host.
