Manual and tutorial don't display in-app#13

Clicking to view the help files from the Help tab opens an empty window. When running from a terminal, the following displays:

Q3TextBrowser: no mimesource for ./doc/tutorial.html
Q3TextBrowser: no mimesource for ./doc/manual.html
