Adds macOS Crash Reports from Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports (including Retired):

  • .ips reports with bug_type 309 (JSON) and text .crash reports
  • Crash and launch time in UTC, process, PID, path, bundle ID, version, parent process, exception, termination reason, OS version, incident ID, crash reporter key
  • User ID is shown as stored; Apple's format pages do not define it
  • A report reached twice (Retired, System/Volumes/Data) is reported once by incident ID

Other .ips types (such as JetsamEvent, bug_type 298) are counted in the run log and not read.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Reads the crash reports in Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports folders and
their Retired subfolders: .ips files whose JSON metadata line names
bug_type 309 (Apple's crash report type) and text .crash reports. One
row per report with crash and launch time converted to UTC with the
offset each carries, process, PID, path, bundle identifier, version,
parent process, user ID, exception, termination reason, OS version,
incident ID and crash reporter key. The fields follow Apple's pages on
the JSON and text crash report formats; the user ID is shown as stored.

.ips reports of other types (JetsamEvent bug_type 298 and others) are
counted in the run log and not read. A report reached twice, under
Retired or System/Volumes/Data, is reported once by its incident ID,
which Apple documents as unique to one report.

Tested on dleapp_macos_bigsur (1 report) and the public MacBook Pro
logical extraction (5); the four Windows images match none of the
paths.
