Replaces the app icon, logo, GUI banner, report banner and report logo with the new artwork. admin/scripts/generate_logo.py now renders all of them from assets/DLEAPP_logo.svg, and the old artwork sources in assets/source are removed. The GUI scales the banner to 52 px tall at its own aspect ratio instead of stretching it to 208x52. The README credit and the theme comments now refer to the earlier artwork.
