Saves DLEAPP profiles as .dlprofile instead of RLEAPP's .rlprofile.

  • CLI -c wizard and GUI Save Profile write .dlprofile
  • CLI -m and GUI Load Profile open .dlprofile and older .rlprofile files; the GUI dialog now shows the .dlprofile files shipped in the repo, which its old filter hid
  • Help text and README updated
  • New test: save, load of .dlprofile, load of a legacy .rlprofile, and refusal of an RLEAPP profile

A file still needs "leapp": "dleapp" to load, whatever its extension.

DLEAPP has saved profiles with RLEAPP's extension since 0.1. Profiles are
now saved as .dlprofile, and the CLI and GUI load .dlprofile and older
.rlprofile files alike. A file still has to say "leapp": "dleapp" to load,
so an RLEAPP profile is refused whatever it is called.

The GUI open dialog now shows .dlprofile files, including the profiles
shipped in the repo, which its *.rlprofile filter used to hide. The CLI and
GUI share one reader and writer in dleapp.py, and the CLI no longer calls a
broken profile a "case data file". The profile wizard adds the extension
only if the name does not already end with it.
