Restore Tidelift; drop Open Collective from the docs home page - #1735

Bring back .github/FUNDING.yml (removed in #1718) so the repo's Sponsor button links to the Tidelift subscription again, and add a "Ransack for enterprise" section plus the Tidelift security contact to the README and the docs home page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Brings Tidelift back after #1718 removed it, and brings the docs home page in line with the README's funding cleanup.

docs/index.mdstill had the Open Collective support link and the Backers and Sponsors sections that Remove Backers section from README #1733, Remove Open Collective support link from README #1734 and Drop the Sponsors section from the README; add Sean's email to the gemspec #1718 removed from the README. They're gone now. The contributors image stays, as it does in the README.Checked locally: both Tidelift URLs return 200, and
jekyll build+htmlprooferpass on the docs site.No library changes, so nothing to add to the 6.0.0 release notes in #1714.
