Closes #861

Part of #824. Implements D3 of the verdict-first dsregcmd handoff: the left navigation and source card.

What was built, against the spec

  • 8.2 Source card. Neutral outline DSREGCMD badge, source label, kind line, "{n} lines · {m} chars", and a "Show paths" disclosure (bundle root and evidence file) that appears only when one of those paths is set.
  • 8.2 On this page. Overview, Findings (diagnostics count), Facts (visible fact rows, respects "Show not reported fields"), Flows, Timeline (item count), Event logs (total entry count), Export. Items are <a href="#dsregcmd-section-..."> with aria-current="location" on the active one. Scroll-spy lives in DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx (it owns the scroll container) and writes activeSection in dsregcmd-store.ts. Clicking an item returns to the analysis view if needed and scrolls to the section.
  • 8.9 Event Logs. The Event logs item sets activeTab to event-logs and the existing DsregcmdEventLogSurface renders. The Analysis | Event Logs tab strip is removed. Every other nav item leaves the event-log view. A "Back to analysis" button above the surface keeps a path back when the sidebar is collapsed.
  • DD5. Badge uses colorNeutralStroke1 / colorNeutralForeground2. Active item uses colorNeutralBackground1Selected, a 3 px colorCompoundBrandStroke left border and colorBrandForeground1 text.
  • DD7. Counts and lines/chars use tokens.fontFamilyNumeric with tabular numerals.
  • DD13. New optional capturedAt: string | null on DsregcmdSourceContext, set from the client clock in src/lib/dsregcmd-source.ts only after a live capture completes; null for file, folder, clipboard and text. The kind line ignores capturedAt for every non-capture kind.
  • Text sizes derive from logListFontSize through getLogListMetrics.

Ambiguity choices (each makes no claim the evidence does not support)

  1. Disabled Event logs shows no count. Approved deviation by Main: no dash glyph; the item states its disabled reason instead (role="link", aria-disabled, tabIndex=0, reason via aria-describedby).
  2. "Live capture" without a time. If a capture somehow has no capturedAt, the kind line is just "Live capture".
  3. Sentence case "Event logs" in the nav (design system), where the spec table writes "Event Logs".
  4. Overview target. There is no verdict banner until D4, so Overview anchors the existing stat cards plus Health Summary under a stable id (dsregcmd-section-overview) that D4 can reuse.
  5. Facts count is computed from the same getFactGroups chain the page renders (shared hook use-dsregcmd-derived.ts), and showNotReported moved from component state into the store so the count always matches the page.
  6. Scroll-spy picks the first visible section in document order (current page order: Overview, Findings, Facts, Timeline, Flows, Export); the nav keeps the spec order. At the end of the scroll range the last section is selected, since a short Export section cannot reach the top band.
  7. "Back to analysis" returns to the analysis view and restores the previous scroll offset (review round 1).
  8. Replaced sidebar content. The triage summary, top findings and the four source buttons are removed per 8.2 (the D2 toolbar action owns the load actions). The analyzing/error notice is kept. selectTopFindings is still used by dsregcmd-verdict.ts.
  9. Guard for environments without IntersectionObserver: scroll-spy is skipped.

Tests

  • DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx (new): badge, label, kind line and counts; capture time only for a live capture with capturedAt, never for file, folder, clipboard or text (even with a stray capturedAt); path disclosure; font size; nav links, hrefs, counts; aria-current and DD5 styles; Facts count and "Show not reported"; Event logs switch and Back; other item leaves the event-log view and scrolls; disabled Event logs; navigation disabled in the no-source and analyzing states, reason text only while referenced; scroll-spy with a stubbed IntersectionObserver.
  • src/lib/dsregcmd-source.test.ts (new): capturedAt is the client clock for capture and null for file, folder, clipboard and pasted text.
  • DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx: updated for the new sidebar, DSREG-005 now clicks the Event logs link, tab strip absence asserted, the old sidebar severity-sort test removed (ordering is covered by selectTopFindings tests). Shared fixtures moved to dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts.

Gates

npx tsc --noEmit clean; npx vitest run 166 files / 2663 tests pass; node --test .github/scripts/*.test.mjs scripts/*.test.mjs 138 pass; git diff --check clean; no U+2013/U+2014 in added lines. Local e2e not run (port 1420 is in use by another worktree); E2E is left to CI. No committed screenshots were regenerated (D9, #867 owns dsregcmd.png).

Scope ruling

The extra files are in scope (ruled by Main): use-dsregcmd-derived.ts keeps the Facts count tied to the page, dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts is shared by two test files, and the remaining test files are consequences.

Review round 1 (fixed in the follow-up commit)

  • Event logs count form: no count when a live query read no channel (successfulChannelCount === 0); a "N+" lower bound with the accessible text "at least N; some channels could not be read or hold more events than were loaded" when some channels failed or a channel hit the per-channel cap; the plain count (including 0) when every channel was read or the source is not a live query.
  • Source card: lines and chars appear only once a result exists, never while analyzing or after a failed load.
  • Landmark and eyebrow: one <nav aria-label="Source and sections"> covers the card and items; eyebrow is max(10, f - 3), weight 700, letter-spacing .08em.
  • No source and Analyzing (8.12): the card reads "No source loaded" and the navigation renders with every item disabled.
  • Scroll restore on Back, end-of-range rule in the observer callback, one shared visible-row predicate (getVisibleFactRows), unused TabButton removed.

Fix verification

Reason text for disabled items is rendered only while an item references it and says "No event log data was loaded for this source." (it does not claim absence). Channels at the per-channel cap count as lower bounds. Note: the backend can report a channel as Success or Empty after a partial read (tracked in #918), so the Event logs count is only as honest as the channel status until #918 lands.

CodeRabbit round 1

Fixed in f485cd9: the scroll listener (offset save, end-of-range rule) no longer depends on IntersectionObserver, with a test for the undefined case; capturedAt is now a required string | null with every construction site updated.

After #908 merged

Merged origin/main. One conflict, in DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx: kept this PR's move of the inline fixtures to dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts and its removal of the sidebar sort test, and ported #908's only change there by adding relatedErrorCodes: [] to the diagnostic literal in the fixtures module. types.ts merged cleanly.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The DSRegCmd source context now records capture time for live captures. The sidebar displays source details and section links. The workspace tracks section navigation, shows Event logs in a separate view, and restores the analysis scroll position when returning.

Charter review (code-review-charter.md) of #917 at 8dfea7d: first review, blocked (13 findings; CI and CodeRabbit pending)

Independent reviewer: cmtrace-code-review (Opus), read-only, structured output per .omp/agents/code-review.md. Validated by Main with validate_agent_output.py --role code-review from origin/main: {"ok":true,"role":"code-review"}. Posted by Main.

  • Head: 8dfea7df35dd702de3c57174890ce2d42a83df47; base: 56f9d8fdfe9439598a2a13fcd57abeb9f1210020

medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:173

  • Mechanism: The Event logs item renders renderCount(eventLogAnalysis.totalEntryCount) for any value, including 0. For live captures, build_event_log_analysis returns Some even when there are no entries (src-tauri/src/intune/evtx_parser.rs:1082: the early None applies only to non-Live sources). dsregcmd/event_logs.rs:76-90 records each failed channel with entry_count 0. So an analysis in which every channel query failed reaches the nav with totalEntryCount 0 and liveQuery.failedChannelCount equal to attemptedChannelCount. The removed TabButton showed a count only when it was above 0 (PolicyEvidencePane.tsx:201, 'count != null && count > 0'), so this is a regression. Spec section 2 ranks the epic's evidence-first stance above the section 8.2 table.
  • Failure scenario: A Windows live capture where the AAD event-log channels cannot be opened (for example, access denied) shows 'Event logs 0'. That says the device has zero events when no channel was read. Main should route the exact rule: hide the count, or show a coverage cue, when successfulChannelCount is 0, and treat counts after a partial failure as lower bounds.

medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:256

  • Mechanism: The lines-and-chars line is gated only on hasSource (line 108: sourceContext.source !== null). beginAnalysis (dsregcmd-store.ts:103-119) sets the source and copies rawLineCount and rawCharCount of 0 from emptySourceContext. failAnalysis (dsregcmd-store.ts:155-177) leaves that context in place. The card therefore prints counts that were never measured.
  • Failure scenario: Open a file that fails to load, or run a capture that errors. Beside the error notice the card shows 'Text file' with the file name and '0 lines' and '0 chars', which claims the source is empty when it was never read. The same text appears briefly during every analysis. Gate the line on result !== null, or on analysisState.phase === 'ready'.

medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx:351

  • Mechanism: Spec section 8.9 says the 'Back to analysis' back link returns to the previous scroll position, so the button is a specified surface, not an unrequested one. Its onClick only calls setActiveTab('analysis'). The analysis scroll container (lines 359-369) is unmounted while the event-log surface shows, so it remounts at scrollTop 0. Neither the offset nor activeSection is saved or replayed: no navigateToSection or pendingScrollSection is set on Back. The PR body files this as ambiguity choice 7, but the spec states the behavior explicitly.
  • Failure scenario: A user scrolls to Timeline, selects Event logs, then clicks Back to analysis. The page reopens at Overview and the user's place is lost. The test at DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:244 asserts only activeTab, so it does not catch this.

low-medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:151

  • Mechanism: The disabled Event logs item is an with no href. That gives it the generic role, not link, takes it out of the tab order, and leaves aria-disabled on a role that ARIA 1.2 does not support it on. The reason text exists only in the title attribute, which only mouse hover reveals. The test at DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:276 has to use getByText(...).closest('a') because getByRole('link') cannot find the element.
  • Failure scenario: On a file or paste source, a screen-reader user hears plain text 'Event logs' with no disabled state and no reason. A keyboard user cannot Tab to it, although section 8.2 says Tab moves through the items. Fix it with role='link', aria-disabled='true' and tabIndex 0, with the reason exposed through aria-describedby.

low-medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:222

  • Mechanism: After toggling showNotReported, the Facts-count test asserts only shown >= hidden. That also holds if the toggle is ignored (shown == hidden). No test compares the nav count with the rows FactsTable actually renders.
  • Failure scenario: The test would still pass if the counts memo dropped showNotReported, or if the sidebar predicate drifted from FactGroupRenderer.tsx:11-13. The shared fixture has many null facts, so a strict shown > hidden assertion plus an equality check against the rendered rows would pin the specified 'respects Show not reported fields' behavior.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx:140

  • Mechanism: The IntersectionObserver callback always sets the first visible section. Only the scroll handler (lines 149-156) applies the end-of-range rule. In the HTML rendering steps, scroll events fire before intersection observations are updated, and the observer callback runs in a later task. So on a frame that reaches the end and also changes any section's intersection, the callback overwrites the last-section choice. No test drives handleScroll.
  • Failure scenario: Click Export from the top of a page where Export cannot reach the top band. scrollIntoView jumps to the end and the scroll handler selects export. The observer callback then fires because Flows entered the top 30% band and selects flows, so the nav marks Flows right after the user chose Export. Apply the at-end check inside the observer callback too, and add a test that fires a scroll event at the end of the range.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:95

  • Mechanism: The visible-row predicate is a copy of the one in FactsTable (FactGroupRenderer.tsx:11-13), not a shared function. useDsregcmdDerived guarantees the same groups but not the same filtering. Phase D6 rewrites FactGroupRenderer.tsx.
  • Failure scenario: If D6 changes which rows FactsTable hides (for example the DD9 'Not reported' rework), the nav's Facts count silently diverges from the page, and the weak test at DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:222 does not catch it. Export one helper and use it in both places.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:286

  • Mechanism: Spec section 9 specifies the navigation as , covering both the source card and the section items. The PR labels the landmark 'On this page' and leaves the source card outside it. DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:147 and :287 pin the deviation.
  • Failure scenario: Assistive-technology landmark lists show 'On this page' instead of the specified label, and the source card falls outside the landmark. Section 2's fidelity rule treats any such unlisted difference as a defect.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:290

  • Mechanism: The 'ON THIS PAGE' eyebrow uses max(9, f - 3) for size, weight 600 and letter-spacing 0.05em. Spec section 7.1, which section 5 points to for this eyebrow, specifies max(10, f - 3), weight 700 and letter-spacing .08em.
  • Failure scenario: At logListFontSize 11 or 12 (MIN_LOG_LIST_FONT_SIZE is 11), the eyebrow renders at 9 px instead of 10 px. At every size it is lighter and more tightly spaced than specified.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:157

  • Mechanism: Spec section 8.2 says that when eventLogAnalysis is null, the Event Logs item is disabled and shows a dash (U+2014). The disabled branch renders no count. The PR body justifies this with a repository ban on em dashes, but the main-contract export has no such rule for product UI. .coderabbit.yaml:10 governs CodeRabbit's own comment prose, :119 covers PowerShell scripts, and :121-129 records that the em-dash clause for docs was removed on purpose.
  • Failure scenario: The disabled item reads only 'Event logs', an unlisted difference from section 8.2 under the section 2 fidelity rule. The dash is evidence-safe, since it marks no value rather than zero. Either render it, or have Main record an approved deviation.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:285

  • Mechanism: With no result, the nav is not rendered at all: the idle state shows EmptyState, and the analyzing and error states show only the status notice. The empty source card reads 'No dsregcmd source selected' (dsregcmd-store.ts:15). Spec section 8.12 says the No source state reads 'No source loaded' with the navigation items disabled, and the Analyzing state shows the navigation disabled. Appendix A.3 does not list section 8.12, so ownership is open.
  • Failure scenario: Before any load and during every analysis, the left column shows no section items, where the spec calls for disabled ones, and the card copy differs from section 8.12. Main should assign this to D3 or to a later phase.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/PolicyEvidencePane.tsx:170

  • Mechanism: Removing the tab strip removed the only consumer of TabButton. The export remains, and nothing in src imports it (SecureBootWorkspace.tsx defines its own local TabButton). AGENTS.md says to remove obsolete paths instead of leaving them.
  • Failure scenario: A dead tab component stays exported from the dsregcmd module, inviting reuse of the tab pattern that spec section 8.9 removed.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/use-dsregcmd-derived.ts:1

  • Mechanism: Spec Appendix A.3 scopes D3 to 5 files, and the DSRegCmd UI phase D3: Left navigation and source card #861 scope comment adds DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx. Spec section 12 caps each phase at 5 files. The PR changes 10. Two of them are refactors that no contract text names: use-dsregcmd-derived.ts (a hook extracted from DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx) and dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts (about 290 fixture lines moved out of DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx). src/lib/dsregcmd-source.test.ts and DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx are test consequences of the scoped changes.
  • Failure scenario: A contract-scoped review cannot approve refactors the contract does not name. The fixture move also widens the conflict surface with open PR feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908, which edits DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx. Main must rule the extra files in scope or have them removed.

Coverage

  • Exact head 8dfea7d read in the clean head tree /Users/Adam.Gell/repo/cmtraceopen/.worktrees/dsreg-d3-861 (worktree_status.txt is empty; head matches refs.txt and coderabbit_state.json). Base is 56f9d8f, which equals MAIN_SHA.txt and the merge base. All finding paths are relative to that tree.
  • Load order followed from the main-contract export: .omp/agents/code-review.md, .Clairvoyance/staff/code-review-charter.md, .Clairvoyance/library.md, library.md, soul.md, memory.md, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md. The reducer ADRs and checklist do not apply because no crates/cmtraceopen-parser intune or sccm path changed. Spec sections read: 2, 3, 4 (DD5, DD7, DD13), 5, 7.1, 8.2, 8.9, 8.12, 9, 10, 11 (QD-6), 12, 13, Appendix A.2 and A.3. docs/design-system/SKILL.md was also read.
  • All 10 changed files reviewed in pr.diff and at head: src/lib/dsregcmd-source.ts and its test, DsregcmdSidebar.tsx and its test, DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx and its test, dsregcmd-store.ts, types.ts, dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts and use-dsregcmd-derived.ts. Supporting reads: FactGroupRenderer.tsx, PolicyEvidencePane.tsx, FileSidebar.tsx, log-accessibility.ts, date-time-format.ts, dsregcmd-formatters.test.ts, e2e/screenshots/capture.spec.ts, src-tauri/src/dsregcmd/event_logs.rs, src-tauri/src/intune/evtx_parser.rs and src-tauri/src/commands/dsregcmd.rs.
  • Spec items that conform, judged item by item. Section 8.2 source card: the DD5 neutral badge uses colorNeutralStroke1 and colorNeutralForeground2. The label is at f, weight 600. The kind lines for capture, file, folder, clipboard and text match the spec. Lines and chars use the numeric font with tabular numerals at f - 3 in fg3. 'Show paths' is a native details element with Bundle root and Evidence file in mono, shown only when one is set. capturedAt is taken from the client clock after captureDsregcmd resolves, and only in the capture branch. It is guarded again in buildSourceContext and getKindLine, so no file, folder, clipboard or text source can show a time. Nav items, order, hrefs and counts are correct: diagnostics.length, visible fact rows, the same buildTimelineItems call the page uses, and totalEntryCount. The active style follows DD5 and matches FileSidebar.tsx, including weight 600. Items are with aria-current='location'. Event logs sets activeTab. Every other item calls navigateToSection, which leaves the event-log view and scrolls through pendingScrollSection. The tab strip is removed, with a test asserting its absence. When eventLogAnalysis is absent the item is disabled and claims no zero count.
  • Coder ambiguity choices judged. 1 (no dash): finding; no repository rule supports the claimed ban. 2 ('Live capture' without a time): accepted; this path is unreachable today. 3 (sentence case): accepted; the design system ranks above the spec under section 2. 4 (Overview anchored on the stat cards and Health Summary until D4): accepted. 5 (showNotReported moved into the store): accepted as required, because the sidebar and workspace are siblings. Sharing the getFactGroups chain is accepted, but the row predicate is duplicated (finding). 6 (scroll-spy follows page order while the nav keeps spec order): accepted, because a spy can only follow the DOM and reordering the page belongs to D7. The end-of-range rule is accepted in principle but races the observer and is untested (finding). 7 ('Back to analysis'): specified in section 8.9, not an unrequested surface, but the required scroll restore is missing (finding). 8 (old sidebar content removed): accepted under section 8.2; selectTopFindings is still used by dsregcmd-verdict.ts. 9 (guard when IntersectionObserver is missing): accepted.
  • Accessibility. Font sizes derive from getLogListMetrics(logListFontSize): f, max(9, f - 2) and max(9, f - 3). Nav links are tabbable elements and Enter fires onClick. After activation, focus stays on the link, because preventDefault stops native fragment navigation from moving the focus start point into the section. Section 8.2 does not require that move; D10 could add it. scrollIntoView uses no smooth behavior, so the section 9 reduced-motion requirement is met. aria-disabled usage is a finding.
  • Tests. The capture-time rule is pinned: exact kind-line text, a stray capturedAt on each non-capture kind, and dsregcmd-source.test.ts with a faked Date. Also pinned: aria-current, the DD5 styles, hrefs, nav order, the disabled Event logs item, the pending scroll after leaving the event-log view, the observed-section count, and first-visible selection with the stubbed IntersectionObserver. Not pinned: the Facts toggle, the end-of-range rule, scroll restore, and DOM order versus nav order. The removed DSREG-007 sidebar sort test leaves no gap, because the selectTopFindings suite in dsregcmd-formatters.test.ts covers ordering. The removed sidebar MDM-visibility assertions are moot because the sidebar no longer renders that row; the MDM Signals card assertions remain.
  • Not covered: per the charter, no commands were run (tsc, vitest, Playwright, screenshots). The IntersectionObserver-versus-scroll-event ordering is reasoned from the HTML rendering steps, not observed. PR feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908's diff was not supplied. CI and CodeRabbit are pending.

Items are <a href> with aria-current='location'. Event logs sets activeTab. Every other item calls navigateToSection, which leaves the event-log view and scrolls through pendingScrollSection. The tab strip is removed, with a test asserting its absence. 9 (guard when IntersectionObserver is missing): accepted.",
"Accessibility. Font sizes derive from getLogListMetrics(logListFontSize): f, max(9, f - 2) and max(9, f - 3). Nav links are tabbable <a href> elements and Enter fires onClick. After activation, focus stays on the link, because preventDefault stops native fragment navigation from moving the focus start point into the section. Section 8.2 does not require that move; D10 could add it. scrollIntoView uses no smooth behavior, so the section 9 reduced-motion requirement is met. aria-disabled usage is a finding.",
"Tests. The removed sidebar MDM-visibility assertions are moot because the sidebar no longer renders that row; the MDM Signals card assertions remain.",
"Not covered: per the charter, no commands were run (tsc, vitest, Playwright, screenshots). The IntersectionObserver-versus-scroll-event ordering is reasoned from the HTML rendering steps, not observed. PR #908's diff was not supplied. CI and CodeRabbit are pending."

The mechanism to check: this PR deletes the inline fixtures (policyValue, fixtureFacts, policyEvidence, eventLogAnalysis, analysisResult, sourceContext) from DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx and moves them to dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts. It also appends capturedAt to the DsregcmdSourceContext interface in types.ts. Any #908 edit to those fixtures or that interface hunk will conflict. Disposition of the first review at 8dfea7d, fixed in ca52ad9:

  1. Event logs count (medium): fixed. No count when no live channel was read; "N+" with accessible "at least N; some channels could not be read" after partial failure; plain count otherwise. Tests for all cases.
  2. Lines and chars (medium): fixed. Shown only when a result exists. Tests for analyzing and failed load.
  3. Back to analysis scroll (medium): fixed. Offset saved on scroll and restored in a layout effect; branches keyed so the container really remounts; test checks the restored offset.
  4. Disabled item a11y: fixed. role=link, aria-disabled, tabIndex 0, aria-describedby with visually hidden reason, no navigation; tests use getByRole('link').
  5. Facts count test: fixed. Strict shown > hidden and equality with the rows FactsTable renders and with the shared predicate.
  6. End-of-range race: fixed. The observer callback applies the same rule; test fires scroll then an observer callback.
  7. Duplicate predicate: fixed. getVisibleFactRows exported from FactGroupRenderer.tsx, used by FactsTable and the sidebar.
  8. Landmark: fixed. One nav "Source and sections" containing the card and items.
  9. Eyebrow: fixed. max(10, f - 3), 700, .08em.
  10. Dash: approved deviation by Main, recorded in the PR body (no glyph; the item states its disabled reason).
  11. No source / Analyzing states: fixed (8.12). "No source loaded" card and disabled navigation in no-source, analyzing and error states; tests.
  12. TabButton: removed (no other importer).
  13. Scope: ruled in scope by Main; stated in the PR body.

Class audit for 1 and 2: every other count in the sidebar (Findings, Facts, Timeline) and the workspace is derived from a present result; the disabled navigation shows no counts. No further instances found.

Gates: tsc clean, vitest 165 files / 2231 tests, node --test 138 pass, git diff --check clean, no U+2013/U+2014 in added lines. Local e2e skipped (port 1420 busy); left to CI.

Charter review (code-review-charter.md) of #917 at ca52ad9: fix verification, blocked (3 new findings; CI and CodeRabbit pending)

Independent reviewer: cmtrace-code-review (Opus), read-only, structured output per .omp/agents/code-review.md. Validated by Main with validate_agent_output.py --role code-review from origin/main: {"ok":true,"role":"code-review"}. Posted by Main.

  • Head: ca52ad973cd7b15b04bd8206fa3399b072b4a149; base: 56f9d8fdfe9439598a2a13fcd57abeb9f1210020

low-medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:366

  • Mechanism: The round-1 fix for the disabled items added two visually hidden reason spans, REASON_NO_RESULT_ID and REASON_NO_EVENT_LOGS_ID, at lines 366-371. They render in every state as children of the nav, even when no item references them. The VISUALLY_HIDDEN clip pattern (lines 76-86) keeps text in the accessibility tree, and the spans carry neither the hidden attribute nor aria-hidden. This is a regression introduced by the fix for round-1 finding 4, not a reopening of it.
  • Failure scenario: Load a capture bundle that has event logs, then read the navigation with a screen reader in browse mode. After the Export link it announces 'Available after a source has been analyzed. Unavailable: this source has no event log data.' Both statements are false in that state, and the second contradicts the enabled Event logs link above it. Fix: add the hidden attribute to both spans. aria-describedby still resolves hidden nodes it references, so the toHaveAccessibleDescription assertions at DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:301 and :317 keep passing. Alternatively, render each span only while an item references it.

low-medium at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:72

  • Mechanism: getEventLogCount marks the count as a lower bound only when failedChannelCount > 0. The dsregcmd live query fetches every event ('*') from each channel, newest first, and stops at MAX_ENTRIES_PER_CHANNEL = 200 (eventlog_win32.rs:181 and :208; dsregcmd/event_logs.rs:13). The channel list includes System (event_logs.rs:9), which on a real device almost always holds more than 200 events. Under the rule's own definition ('N+' when the real total can be higher), a capped channel is the most common lower-bound case, and the rule misses it. The frontend can detect the cap: liveQuery.channels carries a per-channel entryCount, and liveQuery.perChannelEntryLimit is present (src/types/event-log.ts:81 and :90).
  • Failure scenario: A typical Windows live capture keeps the 200 newest System events plus a few AAD events. The nav shows a plain 'Event logs 213' even though System alone holds thousands of events, which states an exact total the capture does not support. Fix: also set isLowerBound when live.channels.some((c) => c.entryCount >= live.perChannelEntryLimit), and add a test case for it next to the partial-failure test at DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:346.

low at src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:370

  • Mechanism: The disabled Event logs reason reads 'Unavailable: this source has no event log data.' eventLogAnalysis is null whenever load_event_log_from_bundle returns None (src-tauri/src/commands/dsregcmd.rs:271-292). That happens both when evidence/event-logs/dsregcmd-events.json is missing and when it exists but fails to deserialize (the warn-and-None arm at :281-288). The loader reads no other event-log artifact in the bundle. Main's ruling (b) approved stating a reason instead of a dash; it did not approve wording that asserts the data is absent.
  • Failure scenario: A bundle whose dsregcmd-events.json is corrupt or comes from an incompatible schema is announced as having no event log data, although the data is present and only unreadable. The same applies to a bundle that keeps its event logs in a form this loader does not read. Use wording that claims only what is known, for example 'No event log data was loaded for this source.'

Blockers

  • CI not passed at exact head ca52ad9. ci_at_head.txt shows all 12 check runs in_progress: Check & Test (Rust), TypeScript Check, E2E (Playwright), Source Quality, Rust MSRV on ubuntu and windows, ESP Diagnostics (Windows), and five CodeQL Analyze jobs. None has completed. The required Build contexts (macOS-arm64, Windows-x64, Linux-x64) are still absent from the artifact.
  • CodeRabbit not passed. coderabbit_state.json at this head shows coderabbit_review_count 0, empty effective_coderabbit_reviews and approved_at_head false. There is no CodeRabbit commit status at this head, and the only CodeRabbit comment is the spending-cap notice for 8dfea7d. is_draft is false, while the coderabbit-review-loop clean-cycle gate lists 'the PR is still a draft'.
  • Contract conformance not passed. Three new source findings are open: always-rendered reason spans, capped channels not shown as a lower bound, and a reason text that claims absence. Issue DSRegCmd UI phase D3: Left navigation and source card #861 acceptance still requires 'screenshots pass', and no artifact shows a screenshots run.

Coverage

  • Exact head ca52ad9, read in the clean head tree /Users/Adam.Gell/repo/cmtraceopen/.worktrees/dsreg-d3-861. worktree_status.txt is empty, and the head matches refs.txt, worktree_head.txt and coderabbit_state.json. Base is 56f9d8f (MAIN_SHA.txt and the merge base). The main-contract export is unchanged since round 1, so the round-1 load order and spec reading still apply. All finding paths are relative to the head tree.
  • Read this round: delta_since_8dfea7df.diff in full, pr_body.md, pr_conversation.txt (owner disposition), and pr908_dsregcmd_ui_diff.diff. Head files: DsregcmdSidebar.tsx (all), DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx (effects, plus keyed branches at :368 and :392), DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx, FactGroupRenderer.tsx, dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts, types.ts, tsconfig.json and src/types/event-log.ts. Backend: commands/dsregcmd.rs (bundle loader :271-292, capture write :625-638), dsregcmd/event_logs.rs, intune/evtx_parser.rs (build_event_log_analysis :1076, live_channel_outcome :1049), intune/eventlog_win32.rs (:177-286), and the EventLogAnalysis and EventLogLiveQueryStatus definitions in crates/cmtraceopen-parser/src/intune/apps/windows/ime/models.rs.
  • Round-1 findings, each verified against the head. (1) Event logs 0 on all-failed: fixed. getEventLogCount returns null when successfulChannelCount is 0 (DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:67-69), and tests at DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx:346+ cover the cases. (2) 0 lines and 0 chars: fixed. The line is gated on hasResult (:321), with a test for both the analyzing and failed-load states. (3) Back to analysis scroll: fixed. The offset is saved in handleScroll (DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx:164) and restored in a layout effect (:184-192); keyed branches force a remount. (4) Disabled-item a11y: fixed (role=link, aria-disabled, tabIndex 0, aria-describedby), but the fix introduced the always-rendered reason spans (new finding). (5) Facts test: fixed. It now asserts strict shown > hidden and equality with both the rendered FactsTable rows and the shared predicate. (6) End-of-range race: fixed. The observer callback applies isAtEndOfRange (:150-153), and the test at :464 would fail without it. (7) Duplicated predicate: fixed. getVisibleFactRows is exported from FactGroupRenderer.tsx and used by FactsTable and the sidebar. (8) Landmark: fixed. A single nav labelled 'Source and sections' wraps the card and items. (9) Eyebrow: fixed at max(10, f - 3), weight 700, letter-spacing .08em. (10) Dash: closed by Main's ruling (b). (11) Section 8.12: fixed. With no source the card reads 'No source loaded', and all 7 items are disabled in the no-source, analyzing and error states. (12) TabButton: removed, and nothing imports it. (13) Scope: closed by Main's ruling (a). Nothing rejected is re-raised.
  • Event-log count rule judged. No count when a live query read no channel: correct. 'N+' with accessible text 'at least N; some channels could not be read' after a partial failure: correct, and the visible '+' is aria-hidden. Plain count otherwise: correct, except for capped channels (new finding). On the bundle-zero question: a bundle's eventLogAnalysis is the dsregcmd-events.json that the live capture serialized (commands/dsregcmd.rs:627-637), so liveQuery survives and the live rule still applies to bundles. A non-live analysis with zero entries cannot come from build_event_log_analysis, which returns None for empty non-live input (evtx_parser.rs:1082). A plain non-live 0 can therefore come only from a JSON that lacks liveQuery, which serde reads as None. Such a file would have to predate liveQuery or come from another tool, and whether any exist is not established.
  • Backend follow-up for Main, outside the feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917 diff and not a D3 finding. dsregcmd/event_logs.rs:47-51 decides Success or Empty from the parsed-entry count alone. It ignores LiveChannelQueryResult.partial_detail (byte budget or read errors) and records that fail parse_live_event_record. The Intune path's live_channel_outcome (evtx_parser.rs:1049) marks those cases Failed. As a result, a dsregcmd channel can report Empty or Success after records went unread, and the D3 rule then shows a plain 0 or N that the evidence does not support. Please file it as a backend follow-up.
  • Scroll-restore test judged: it proves the restore. The WeakMap-backed scrollTop getter returns 0 for a fresh node, so 420 can only come from the layout effect, and expect(remounted).not.toBe(container) pins the keyed remount. Removing either the layout effect or the keys makes it fail. Note: the offset is saved only inside the scroll-spy effect, which is skipped when IntersectionObserver is undefined, so without IO the restore silently stops. WebView2, WKWebView and WebKitGTK all provide IO, so shipped builds are unaffected.
  • Disabled-nav states judged. Section 8.12 is met: 'No source loaded', all seven items disabled before any result, and the requested source shown during analysis and after an error. Disabled items are tabbable role=link elements with aria-disabled; Enter has no action and click is prevented. The reason texts are reachable through aria-describedby. Remaining defects: the always-present spans and the 'has no event log data' wording (findings). getVisibleFactRows judged: one predicate now serves both page and nav. The Facts test reads rendered rows through FactsTable's '170px' grid style, so the D6 restyle will make it fail loudly rather than pass silently.
  • PR feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908 overlap. feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908 adds a required relatedErrorCodes: string[] to DsregcmdDiagnosticInsight (types.ts around :212-216) and sets it in the inline fixtures of DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx (the analysisResult diagnostic and the two DSREG-007 diagnostics). types.ts merges cleanly in either order: feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917's hunk is DsregcmdSourceContext around :313, about 100 lines away in a different interface. DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx conflicts in either order, because feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908 edits lines inside the fixture block and the DSREG-007 test that feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917 deletes. The correct resolution keeps feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917's deletion, which makes feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908's two DSREG-007 edits moot, and ports relatedErrorCodes: [] into the prt-stale diagnostic at dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts:235. That is the only DsregcmdDiagnosticInsight literal in feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917's dsregcmd test code. If the port is skipped, tsc fails with TS2741 at that literal (tsconfig.json includes src), and the required TypeScript Check catches it. Neither order merges or compiles without that manual step, and whichever PR lands second owns the port.
  • Nits for Main, not source findings. The pr_body.md 'Tests' section still says 'no nav before a result', contradicting the section 8.12 fix. Its gate line reports 2223 tests, while the owner's disposition reports 2231.
  • Not covered: per the charter, no commands were run (tsc, vitest, Playwright, screenshots). Screen-reader announcements and the IntersectionObserver ordering are reasoned from the accname and HTML specs, not observed. CI and CodeRabbit are still pending.

The channel list includes System (event_logs.rs:9), which on a real device almost always holds more than 200 events. Disposition of the fix verification at ca52ad9, fixed in c3c4128:

  1. Reason spans: now rendered only while an item references them; a test confirms neither reason is in the tree with a loaded result and event logs.
  2. Capped channels: a channel with entryCount >= perChannelEntryLimit marks the count as a lower bound; the accessible text now reads "at least N; some channels could not be read or hold more events than were loaded"; test added next to the partial-failure one.
  3. Wording: "No event log data was loaded for this source."; test updated.
  4. PR body: Tests section and gate line made current (2233 tests), Fix verification note added, including that the count is only as honest as channel status until DSRegCmd live event-log query reports partial reads as Success or Empty #918 lands.

Gates: tsc clean, vitest 165 files / 2233 tests, node --test 138 pass, diff-check clean, no en/em dashes.

Charter review (code-review-charter.md) of #917 at f485cd9: clean review_report

Independent reviewer: cmtrace-code-review (Opus), read-only, structured output per .omp/agents/code-review.md. Validated by Main with validate_agent_output.py --role code-review from origin/main: {"ok":true,"role":"code-review"}. Posted by Main.

  • Head: f485cd9cfe159108ebdc9f941762e5cc4870a1c8; base: 56f9d8fdfe9439598a2a13fcd57abeb9f1210020
  • Findings: none. Blockers: none.
  • Gate states: CI passed; CodeRabbit passed (APPROVED at head); contract conformance passed.

Coverage

  • Exact head f485cd9, read in the clean head tree /Users/Adam.Gell/repo/cmtraceopen/.worktrees/dsreg-d3-861 (worktree_status.txt is empty). The head matches refs.txt, worktree_head.txt, ci_at_head.txt and coderabbit_state.json. Base 56f9d8f equals MAIN_SHA.txt, the merge base, and the snapshot's base_sha. Load order and spec reading are unchanged from the earlier rounds: the charter, both library indexes, soul.md, memory.md, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, spec sections 2-13 with Appendix A.3, and docs/design-system/SKILL.md. Reducer ADRs do not apply.
  • CI passed. ci_at_head.txt shows 16 of 16 check runs at the exact head, all completed with success. That includes the six required contexts CLAUDE.md names: Check & Test (Rust), TypeScript Check, E2E (Playwright), and Build for macOS-arm64, Windows-x64 and Linux-x64. Source Quality, Rust MSRV on ubuntu and windows, ESP Diagnostics (Windows), CodeQL and five Analyze jobs also succeeded. The CodeRabbit commit status reads 'Review completed'.
  • CodeRabbit passed. The effective verdict is APPROVED at f485cd9 (submitted 2026-10-10T22:20:14Z), and approved_at_head is true. It supersedes the CHANGES_REQUESTED at c3c4128, is anchored to the head, and came after the last push. There are 0 unresolved threads, and coderabbit_review_count is 4. The two empty COMMENTED reviews at the head came earlier and do not change the verdict. The later 'Already reviewed the last commit' reply confirms no commit is unreviewed. The clean-cycle gate in the coderabbit-review-loop skill lists 'still a draft'; is_draft false is accepted under the owner ruling carried in Main's brief (recorded for docs(skills): any force-push needs an explicit ask #916), and the charter's CodeRabbit gate is approved_at_head.
  • Contract conformance passed. screenshot_acceptance.txt is Main's run of the DSRegCmd UI phase D3: Left navigation and source card #861 'screenshots pass' acceptance at this exact head: capture.spec.ts:269 dsregcmd passed against this worktree's own server, and the result was viewed. Its description matches D3: neutral badge, a kind line with no time because the fixture's capturedAt is null, lines and chars, the eyebrow, the DD5 active style, counts, and Event logs disabled because the fixture has no analysis. Fixture realism belongs to D9. Main's rulings stand: the extra files are in scope, the disabled item shows no dash glyph, D3 owns the section 8.12 states, and draft state is not a gate.
  • First-round findings: 1-9, 11 and 12 are fixed and were verified in earlier rounds; the head still holds them. 10 and 13 are closed by ruling. Fix-verification findings, all verified fixed at the head. (a) Reason spans render only while an item references them (DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:372-381); the test 'renders no reason text when every item is enabled' would fail if they were unconditional. (b) A channel at the per-channel cap marks the count as a lower bound (DsregcmdSidebar.tsx:74-76); the cap test asserts '400+' and fails without the clause. (c) The wording is now 'No event log data was loaded for this source.' (:379), and the test is updated.
  • CodeRabbit fixes verified. (1) The scroll listener is installed independently of IntersectionObserver: the effect bails out only on !hasResult or showEventLogs (DsregcmdWorkspace.tsx:118), the observer is null without IO (:143-146), and observe and disconnect are optional-chained. The test 'saves and restores the scroll offset without IntersectionObserver' stubs IO to undefined; it would fail under the old guard, because no listener would save the offset and the restored scrollTop would stay 0. (2) capturedAt is now required (types.ts:321). Every DsregcmdSourceContext literal carries it: dsregcmd-store.ts:19 (beginAnalysis spreads it), dsregcmd-source.ts:37, dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts:299, src/stores/dsregcmd-store.test.ts:156 and e2e/fixtures/screenshot-data.ts:714. The use-app-actions.test.tsx and DsregcmdSidebar.test.tsx sites spread store or fixture contexts that already carry it.
  • Whole-diff re-review: nothing new was introduced. The PR now touches 14 files. The two added after the scope ruling are required consequences of making capturedAt required. src/stores/dsregcmd-store.test.ts is under src, so tsc enforces the field there. e2e/fixtures/screenshot-data.ts lies outside tsconfig's src include and is passed with 'as never', so the field is added there only for type consistency; it is a one-field change that leaves D9's realism work alone. The count rule, scroll restore with keyed remount, end-of-range rule, disabled-nav states, shared getVisibleFactRows, landmark and eyebrow all remain correct. The odd indentation of the IntersectionObserver block is cosmetic, and the repo has no TS formatter gate.
  • Merge-time steps, not findings against this head. Whichever of feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908 and feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917 merges second resolves the DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx conflict by keeping feat(dsregcmd): left navigation and source card (D3, #861) #917's fixture deletion and ports relatedErrorCodes: [] into the prt-stale diagnostic in dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts. Any DsregcmdSourceContext literal feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908 adds outside src/workspaces/dsregcmd (its full diff was not supplied) needs capturedAt: null. tsc catches both. The backend channel-status gap (dsregcmd/event_logs.rs ignores partial reads and parse failures) is tracked as DSRegCmd live event-log query reports partial reads as Success or Empty #918 in the PR body.
  • Not covered: per the charter, no commands were run. Test, tsc and screenshot outcomes come from the Main-supplied CI and acceptance artifacts. Screen-reader and IntersectionObserver behavior is reasoned from the ARIA, accname and HTML specs, not observed. Merging is the owner's decision.

Load order and spec reading are unchanged from the earlier rounds: the charter, both library indexes, soul.md, memory.md, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, spec sections 2-13 with Appendix A.3, and docs/design-system/SKILL.md. It supersedes the CHANGES_REQUESTED at c3c41281, is anchored to the head, and came after the last push. There are 0 unresolved threads, and coderabbit_review_count is 4. The two empty COMMENTED reviews at the head came earlier and do not change the verdict. The later 'Already reviewed the last commit' reply confirms no commit is unreviewed. The clean-cycle gate in the coderabbit-review-loop skill lists 'still a draft'; is_draft false is accepted under the owner ruling carried in Main's brief (recorded for #916), and the charter's CodeRabbit gate is approved_at_head.",
"Contract conformance passed. screenshot_acceptance.txt is Main's run of the #861 'screenshots pass' acceptance at this exact head: capture.spec.ts:269 dsregcmd passed against this worktree's own server, and the result was viewed. Its description matches D3: neutral badge, a kind line with no time because the fixture's capturedAt is null, lines and chars, the eyebrow, the DD5 active style, counts, and Event logs disabled because the fixture has no analysis. Fixture realism belongs to D9. Main's rulings stand: the extra files are in scope, the disabled item shows no dash glyph, D3 owns the section 8.12 states, and draft state is not a gate.",
"First-round findings: 1-9, 11 and 12 are fixed and were verified in earlier rounds; the head still holds them. (c) The wording is now 'No event log data was loaded for this source.' (:379), and the test is updated.",
"CodeRabbit fixes verified. Stale: this approval is on f485cd9; the head is now aedebf1 (main merged after #908; relatedErrorCodes ported into the moved fixture). Dismissing so CodeRabbit records its review at the current head.

Charter review (code-review-charter.md) of #917 at aedebf1: clean review_report

Independent reviewer: cmtrace-code-review (Opus), read-only, structured output per .omp/agents/code-review.md. Validated by Main with validate_agent_output.py --role code-review from origin/main: {"ok":true,"role":"code-review"}. Posted by Main.

  • Head: aedebf158d0505407f6eae12a5e397bff20d49f0; base: 810d11780ead8550e9a3aa3d095ffe0db52d8c1b
  • Findings: none. Blockers: none.
  • Gate states: CI passed; CodeRabbit passed (APPROVED at head); contract conformance passed.

Coverage

  • Exact-head binding: this re-review is of head aedebf1, the same head as review_final1.json, and nothing has changed since. worktree_head.txt matches the head, and worktree_status.txt is empty. The merge_base in refs.txt, MAIN_SHA.txt in the main-contract export, and the coderabbit_state.json base_sha are all 810d117. There are no new commits, so the review_final1 source review at this head still stands. I followed the load order from the main-contract export: .omp/agents/code-review.md, then .Clairvoyance/staff/code-review-charter.md, then CLAUDE.md. I re-read these parts of the DSRegCmd verdict-first spec: 8.2, 8.12, 12, the 13 delivery plan, 14, and Appendix A.0, A.3 and A.9. The reducer ADRs and checklist do not apply, because pr.diff touches no Rust and no intune or sccm path.
  • Decision (1), accepted: the exact-head screenshot run meets the A.3 and DSRegCmd UI phase D3: Left navigation and source card #861 'screenshots pass' acceptance, under the same procedure accepted at f485cd9. In screenshot_acceptance_aedebf15.txt and screenshot_run_aedebf15.log, the run was at head aedebf1 with port 1420 free. It ran 'npx playwright test -c playwright.screenshots.config.ts e2e/screenshots/capture.spec.ts:269', which is the screenshots config and not the testIgnore'd E2E config. The result was '[chromium] e2e/screenshots/capture.spec.ts:269:3 repo screenshots > dsregcmd' passed, 1 passed, exit=0. The only resulting change was screenshots/dsregcmd.png, which was discarded, so the worktree is clean. Recapturing the committed PNG belongs to D9 (DSRegCmd UI phase D9: Fixture realism and screenshots #867), as it did at f485cd9.
  • I opened dsregcmd_new_aedebf15.png (2880x1800) and judged it against spec 8.2, DD5, DD13 and 8.12. Source card: a neutral outline 'DSREGCMD' badge; the label 'Sample capture (Contoso)' in semibold; a smaller muted 'Live capture' kind line; and a smaller, more muted '17 lines · 701 chars'. There is no 'Show paths' disclosure, which is consistent with the fixture setting no paths. Then the 'ON THIS PAGE' eyebrow. The navigation runs, in order, Overview, Findings 1, Facts 76, Flows, Timeline 5, Event logs, Export. Overview is active in the DD5 style (accent bar, tinted background, accent semibold text). Flows, Overview and Export have no count, matching the 8.2 table. Event logs is disabled because the fixture has no event-log analysis. Findings 1 agrees with the main column's '0 errors, 0 warnings, 1 info'. The D2 capture action row and the status bar are present. Only synthetic Contoso identifiers appear. Two points carry over unchanged from the f485cd9 acceptance. 'Live capture' shows no time because the screenshot fixture's capturedAt is null, which Main's recorded ruling assigns to D9. The disabled Event logs item shows no dash glyph, which is a standing Main ruling. Neither is reopened. I did not open dsregcmd_committed.png and make no comparison claim against it.
  • Decision (2), accepted: the two review_final1 fixture-realism items are dispositioned to follow-up issue DSRegCmd shared test fixtures describe states the parser cannot produce #930, to be fixed in fix(dsregcmd): split MDM URL presence from registry-confirmed enrollment #924. They are not open defects of this PR. The first is analysisResult(), with 'prt-stale' beside stalePrt false and MDM-derived values that are unreachable with null URLs. The second is eventLogAnalysis() with sourceKind 'Bundle', channels [] and attemptedChannelCount 2, paired with a text-file sourceContext. I verified that the content predates this PR. pr.diff removes these exact lines from main's src/workspaces/dsregcmd/DsregcmdWorkspace.test.tsx: sourceKind 'Bundle', attemptedChannelCount 2, mdmEnrolled true, complianceUrlPresent true, id 'prt-stale', enterpriseMgmtGuids [], channels [] and displayLabel 'dsregcmd.txt' (pr.diff around lines 1415-1543). It re-adds them in src/workspaces/dsregcmd/dsregcmd-test-fixtures.ts (pr.diff around lines 2244-2545), and merge_resolution.diff shows them on main's side. review_final1 itself offered Main 'a fix in this PR or a follow-up'. The charter, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, soul.md and memory.md contain no rule that a pre-existing test-fixture defect must be fixed in the PR that moves it. Both items are low severity and affect test fixtures only, with no shipped behavior. fix(dsregcmd): split MDM URL presence from registry-confirmed enrollment #924 must rework the same builders. That DSRegCmd shared test fixtures describe states the parser cannot produce #930 exists and is tied to fix(dsregcmd): split MDM URL presence from registry-confirmed enrollment #924 is accepted from Main's dispositions_final1.md alone: pr_conversation.txt and pr_body.md do not mention either issue, and I ran no commands.
  • CI passed. ci_at_head.txt shows 16 of 16 check runs completed with success at aedebf1. They include the six required contexts: Check & Test (Rust), TypeScript Check, E2E (Playwright), and Build for macOS-arm64, Windows-x64 and Linux-x64. Source Quality, Rust MSRV on ubuntu and windows, ESP Diagnostics (Windows), CodeQL and five Analyze jobs also succeeded, and ci.txt agrees. The CodeRabbit commit status reads 'Review completed', but that status is not used as review evidence.
  • CodeRabbit passed. In coderabbit_state.json, approved_at_head is true. The effective verdict is APPROVED (PRR_kwDORljLoc8AAAABRrZW3w) at commit aedebf1, submitted 2026-10-11T00:23:28Z. That is later than the dismissal of the f485cd9 review, whose DISMISSED record has updatedAt 2026-10-11T00:01:51Z. coderabbit_review_count is 5, with 0 unresolved threads in total and 0 unresolved CodeRabbit threads. The snapshot head_sha and base_sha match the exact head and base. is_draft false is accepted under the prior owner ruling recorded for docs(skills): any force-push needs an explicit ask #916, as review_final1 recorded it.
  • Contract conformance passed. The only blocker in review_final1 was the screenshot run at the exact head, which is now satisfied by decision (1), and both of its findings are dispositioned by decision (2). Every other D3 conformance result from review_final1 at this same head stands: the 8.2 source card and navigation, DD5, DD7, DD13, the capturedAt-only-on-capture behavior in src/lib/dsregcmd-source.ts, the 8.12 navigation states, the 9 landmark, scroll-spy, the Event logs switch with Back restoring position, and feat(dsregcmd): link diagnostics to event-log entries by error code #908 preserved by the merge.
  • Not covered: no commands, Git or GitHub operations were run, per the charter. tsc and test outcomes come from the CI artifacts, and the screenshot outcome comes from Main's run record. I did not read the bodies of DSRegCmd shared test fixtures describe states the parser cannot produce #930 and fix(dsregcmd): split MDM URL presence from registry-confirmed enrollment #924. Screen-reader behavior is reasoned, not observed. Merging is the repository owner's decision.
