Description

Fixes #331

The README did not say clearly which integration modes need llm.auth_token and which use the host agent's login. This PR replaces the vague note with a short comparison:

  • Needs llm.auth_token: ocr review, /open-code-review:review and the open-code-review skill.
  • No OCR key needed: /open-code-review:delegate-review and the open-code-review-delegate skill. They use the host agent's login.

The note links to the Claude Code install steps. The same change is applied to the zh-CN, ja-JP, ko-KR and ru-RU READMEs.

Type of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change that adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Refactoring (no functional changes)
  • Documentation update
  • CI / Build / Tooling

How Has This Been Tested?

This is a documentation-only change, so no test was added. I checked the diff to confirm the English text and all four translations match, and that the relative links point to plugins/open-code-review/README.md#claude-code.

  • make test passes locally
  • Manual testing (describe below)

Fixes #331

I read the issue and saw that Team and Pro plan users cannot tell if they need a separate API key. The README did not say it clearly, so I wanted to fix that.
