Description of the bug
After running configure.php, there are still instances of "Create WordPress Plugin" and similar strings in the codebase:
- in the root README.md and
features/README.md
- in the feature-scaffolding templates, like
feature.php.hbs (the .scaffolder directory appears to be excluded intentionally from string replacements, which might have a reason behind it but also results in this incorrect outcome)
- in CLAUDE.md

Run php ./configure.php.
