Clean up Rust docs

[luckysori]

• READMEs likely outdated.
• docs.rs page for ark-rs wrapper crate is confusing: no content and does not link to optional crates.
• Add link to docs.rs to main README.

See #205.

Codebase context

This touches several areas:

ark-rs/ — the wrapper crate (primary focus)

• ark-rs/src/lib.rs — thin re-export shim (pub use ark_client as client, pub use ark_core as core, pub use ark_grpc as grpc). No module-level doc comment, no #![doc = ...], no feature flag documentation. This is why docs.rs shows an empty page.
• ark-rs/Cargo.toml — defines three optional features (client, grpc, sqlite) plus TLS variants, but none are annotated with #[cfg_attr(docsrs, doc(cfg(...)))] so docs.rs doesn't surface them.

Crates missing READMEs entirely:

• ark-client/ — no README
• ark-core/ — no README
• ark-grpc/ — no README
• ark-script/ — no README
• ark-bdk-wallet/ — no README

Root README.md — comprehensive but has no link to https://docs.rs/ark-rs.

ark-rest/README.md — auto-generated by OpenAPI Generator; may need a human-readable intro.

ark-fees/README.md — well-written and detailed.

---

Suggested acceptance criteria

• ark-rs/src/lib.rs has a crate-level doc comment explaining it's a convenience wrapper and listing the optional features with usage examples (e.g. ark-rs = { version = "...", features = ["client", "grpc"] })
• ark-rs/Cargo.toml adds [package.metadata.docs.rs] with all-features = true (or explicit features = ["client", "grpc"]) so docs.rs builds with all re-exports visible
• Feature flags in ark-rs are annotated with #[cfg_attr(docsrs, doc(cfg(feature = "...")))] so docs.rs shows which items require which feature
• Root README.md includes a [![docs.rs](https://img.shields.io/docsrs/ark-rs)](https://docs.rs/ark-rs) badge and/or a prose link to https://docs.rs/ark-rs
• ark-client/ and ark-core/ each have a minimal README (crate purpose, install snippet, link to docs.rs page)
• Verify the crate list in root README.md matches what's actually in the workspace (currently missing ark-fees, ark-script, ark-bdk-wallet, ark-delegator, ark-introspector-client)

---

Suggested approach

1. Fix docs.rs empty page first — add [package.metadata.docs.rs] all-features = true to ark-rs/Cargo.toml and a crate-level //! doc block to lib.rs. This unblocks the docs.rs issue with minimal effort.
2. Add per-crate READMEs for ark-client and ark-core at minimum (they're the primary user-facing crates). Can be short — crate purpose, install, link to docs.rs.
3. Update root README to fix the crate list and add a docs.rs link.
4. ark-rest README is auto-generated noise — worth adding a short human intro at the top or replacing it with a hand-written one.

#268 addresses most of this. Status against the acceptance criteria above:

• ark-rs/src/lib.rs crate-level doc — added, with a module/crate/feature table, install snippet, and forwarded-feature notes.
• [package.metadata.docs.rs] — all-features = true plus rustdoc-args = ["--cfg", "docsrs"].
• #[cfg_attr(docsrs, doc(cfg(...)))] on the feature-gated re-exports.
• Root README docs.rs badge and link — the link previously pointed at a docs.rs/releases/search?query=ark-rs query rather than the crate.
• ark-client / ark-core READMEs — these had already landed; all ten crates now have one.
• Root README crate list — already complete, including ark-fees, ark-script, ark-bdk-wallet, ark-delegator, and ark-introspector-client.

Verified with RUSTDOCFLAGS="--cfg docsrs" cargo +nightly doc -p ark-rs --all-features: the generated ark_rs/index.html renders all three re-exports, with feature badges resolving to client and grpc. Previously only ark_core appeared.

One thing found along the way that was not in the issue: seven of the ten crates described Arkade as "Ark", "the Ark protocol", or an "Ark server" in their description field — the text crates.io renders on each crate page. Those are corrected in the same PR, along with "VTXOs", "rounds", and "on-chain" in the crate READMEs. ark-client/README.md was the worst of them.

Left for a follow-up issue: rustdoc coverage across all public items. That is the one item shared with #205 and is a far larger effort than the rest of this.

This issue originally tracked three items. Current status based on the repo:

Done (resolved by #268):

• ✅ The docs.rs page for ark-rs is populated — the crate-level doc comment was added in docs: correct Arkade terminology and fix the docs.rs landing page #268.
• ✅ docs.rs badge and link are present in README.md ([![docs.rs](https://img.shields.io/docsrs/ark-rs)](https://docs.rs/ark-rs) + prose link in the Examples section).
• ✅ Optional feature flags and the crate-to-purpose table are documented in the README.

Issue #271 (split from this one) tracks the remaining large item: rustdoc coverage on public items across the ten published crates.

Potentially still open:

• The "READMEs likely outdated" bullet — each per-crate README.md (e.g. ark-client/README.md, ark-core/README.md) may not reflect current API surface. Worth a pass to confirm they match the top-level table.

Acceptance criteria

• Per-crate README files (especially ark-client, ark-core, ark-bdk-wallet) reviewed and updated to match current API.
• If everything is up to date, close this issue as resolved by docs: correct Arkade terminology and fix the docs.rs landing page #268.

Rustdoc comment coverage is tracked separately in #271.
