OpenMediaVault 7 Support

OpenMediaVault version 7 has been released, based on Debian 12 (Bookworm). With OMV version 6 and its supported Debian 11 (Bullseye) entering EoL this month (July '24), I think it's important to update to the versions that will continue to be supported.

I've done a little poking around, and on the surface it looks like these lines are what should primarily need to be changed. I made an amateur attempt myself, but ran into issues that may be entirely unrelated.

I agree armbian-config install way should be fixed too.
