[nextcloud-client] disable built-in update notification

the nextcloud-client has a built in update notification, which suggests to install the new version right away (without chocolaty).
if you have set up auto-updates (e.g. via choco-upgrade-all-at), this is at best just annoying or may even be completely confusing for noobs.

so my question is, can you disable the update notification within the chocolatey nextcloud-client package via one of the methods described in the docs? (credits goes to @KopfKrieg for suggesting this at nextcloud/desktop#1594 (comment).)

btw: the "Software Source"-link at the left side of the chocolatey page is deprecated and should rather be https://github.com/nextcloud/desktop.

I've taken over maintenance for this package, and the update checks should be disabled for versions 3.0.3 and newer.
