  • 👋 Hi, I’m Augustina.
  • 👀 I’m interested in working with genomic data to make advancements in the field of health and medicine.
  • 🌱 I received my Master in Biomedical Informatics. My project focused on how maternal health status affects maternal breast milk microbiome and its potential contribution in the relationship with respiratory conditions and atopy in children in the CHILD Cohort Study. I was supervised by Dr.Duan in the Computational Genomics Laboratory at Queen's University: https://duanlab.ca/Members.html
