Summary
Replaces the three individual maintainer handles (@owenwahlgren, @containerman17, @martineckardt) with the
@ava-labs/builder-hub-maintainersteam across all CODEOWNERS rules (default owner, security-criticalpkg/paths, and.github/).All three previous owners are members of the team, so coverage is unchanged — review requests just fan out to the full maintainers group now.
