It is a suggestion for dictionary text file. I suggest that the application
able to translate some tags in the dictionary that should tell the application
about the word in the dictuinary. For example:
<ne>I</ne> this should tell the application to void placing the word "I" at the
end of sentences i.e ne = Not End
<as>EngliSH</as> this means write this word as it is, i.e as its case. and so
on.
