Get start

Installation

Go to the folder you want to download MiTrace.

git clone https://github.com/bian-lab/MiTrace.git

Or if you don't have git, you can simply download the ZIP file by MiTrace-master.zip.

In the MiTrace folder, there is a requirements.txt, which contains the essential packages for MiTrace. Use the following command to install the packages.

pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

Go to the MiTrace's parent folder, start MiTrace by

python ./MiTrace/main.py
