Port of upstream nuxt/ui df099a5 (#6655). Bump actions/checkout@v6 → v7 in b24ui's CI workflows (ci.yml, deploy.yml, npm-publish.yml). The upstream reproduire.yml / Hebilicious bump has no b24ui counterpart.
