New Spell/Thesaurus/Hyphenation library

Hello,

I thought I should put a ticket/request in for a replacement Spell/Thesaurus/Hyphenation library for FreeGEOS, as the old proprietary one from Ensemble 4.x and under has been removed.

I have made a start on a prototype/proof of concept replacement, OpenSpellGEOS. It is far from complete or production ready, but I am working on it here.
