The default 60s polling frequency costs around 3300 GraphQL points/hour, which may be too much in combination with other tools.

The default 60s polling frequency costs around 3300 GraphQL points/hour, which is over half of the 5000 points/hour default quota and may be too much in combination with other tools (it happened to me! Made worse by a bug in
ghthat ended up caching the out-of-quota error so it stuck around longer than necessary, otherwise I'd not have noticed tbqh)This makes the interval configurable and adds a minimum interval for event-triggered polls. Manually triggered polls aren't affected.
