Important

Merge only after btcpayserver/dockerfile-deps#158, and after the Monero/0.18.5.3 tag has been pushed and has published btcpayserver/monero:0.18.5.3 to Docker Hub.

Why

Monero v0.18.5.3 is out. This updates monerod and monero-wallet-rpc in the Monero fragment from 0.18.5.1 so BTCPay deployments that accept XMR get the new release.

Implementation

The image tag changes for both services in docker-fragments/monero.yml. Nothing else in the fragment changes.

contrib/build-all-images.sh and docs/supported-images.md are not regenerated yet. DockerFileBuildHelper checks the Monero/0.18.5.3 source tag in dockerfile-deps, and that tag doesn't exist until #158 merges and is tagged. I'll rerun update-repo.sh and push the generated changes to this branch once it does.

Wait for the Monero image tag to be published before merging.

PR #158 defines Monero 0.18.5.3 for linux/amd64, linux/arm64, and linux/arm/v7, but it is still open. Docker Hub returned 404 for the image tag. Both Monero services reference it, so deployments that enable them can fail to pull their images. Merge only after the tag is published with manifests for all three platforms.

Regenerate and include both generated image artifacts.

When a fragment image reference changes, AGENTS.md requires regenerating contrib/build-all-images.sh and docs/supported-images.md. The PR diff contains no changes to either artifact. Run ./update-repo.sh from contrib/DockerFileBuildHelper and include the generated changes.
