Fixed in the latest commit. Removed the redundant re-export of CONTRACT_ERROR_TAG/TECHNICAL_ERROR_TAG from errors-impl.ts (they're already exported directly from error-tags.js via errors.ts and index.ts), and removed @changesets/config from ignoreDependencies in knip.json.
