The COSA website is still showing Charles Shadle as part of the board. This needs to be updated to reflect the current members of the board. We need to add Darren Moreland.
Also, Mike Stackhouse should be also removed as he hadn't joined a meeting since beginning of 2024 (according to meeting minutes) or actively participate in Slack in a while. He declined the meetings for this year.
