Closes #5

Summary

templates/home.html: a "Binary" install card with curl and tar for the Linux amd64 archive of the current release (version from the release, as everywhere on the site), a link to the macOS and Windows archives on amd64 and arm64 on the release page, checksums.txt, SLSA provenance, and the README's "Verifying a release" for gh attestation verify. The "Homebrew, Go or Docker" card now only notes that the image is signed with cosign and carries SLSA provenance.

Test plan

  • TestBuild_HomeOverviewOWASP checks the download URL.
  • ./scripts/build.sh against v1.18.1, install section checked in a browser; the asset name matches the v1.18.1 release.
  • go test ./..., golangci-lint run (0 issues).
