feat: extend azure keyvault config

Hi,

Fix required will trying to use Azure KeyVault for secret management (#348).

Feature:

• We can configure User-assigned managed Identity for Azure Keyvault authentication

Fix:

• don't need to setup nodePublishSecretRef, blocking the pod creation cause waiting for a non existing secret.
