Summary

  • A retry after an observed approval acceptance reuses that acceptance exactly once with no second gate and no second deliver
  • Concurrent duplicates share one settlement and failed sends still re-gate

Verification

  • Approval suites pass (87 pass, 0 fail) including 4 new retry re-await tests
  • bun run lint and bun run typecheck pass
