1. ESP create a hotspot named ESPWebConifg.
2. SmartPhone connect to the ESP hotspot.
3. SmartPhone visit a webpage inside ESP automatically.
4. Input the target SSID/PSWD in webpage and submit.
5. ESP get the SSID/PSWD and save to EEPROM.
6. ESP connect to the SSID with PSWD.
7. ESP read SSID/PSWD from EEPROM and connect to hotspot of SSID after next reboot.
