Each package's folder holds its CHANGELOG.md, what changed in each version, which is also its release's notes.
Everything here is generated from the Wavelace source, which is private, and sent with the tag that publishes it: a package's folder, this README and the workflow. So a change made here is overwritten by the next version. Issues are welcome here; a pull request is ported upstream by hand.
