Full Test Runs

Adding page which details the runs and anticipated outcomes of xlsx sheets found in capture/testing.

These tests should be performed before committing a branch to master. The inputs, details regarding the expected outputs and possible fixes should be included for each of the .xlsx templates found in the ./capture/testing directory. Templates included in the root directory of escalate should always be tested and the output validated before submitting pull requests.
