more than 90% redundant events #269

More than 90% of the events are assigned to two clusters, one on the '+' strand and one on the '-' strand. These '+' and '-' strand clusters also have similar read counts. Why does this happen?
I used regtools with the -s RF option, because using -s XS resulted in empty clusters.
Below are two examples:
