I tried all the recommended ways to install leafcutter using conda. the version in conda you provided is 0.2,but the leafcutter_ds.R depends on 0.2.9, so why not update the leafcutter version in conda. Using the conda install davidaknowles::r-leafcutter you provided will never work under the source code of 0.2.9.
So many people are confused about this version's issues, why not release an update to fix them?
