- Replace global wire.Value with functional providers (provideGRPCConfig/provideRESTConfig) to prevent unnecessary config loading of unused modules during startup
- Integrate slog for structured logging within the config package
- Implement helper functions for default configuration fallbacks (int, uint32, duration)
- Remove fallback logic from sql and argon2 drivers
- Adjust Zap log level severity naming from 'warning' to 'warn'
