Adds the in-band-config recipe for speech-to-text v2 (python).
Demonstrates Deepgram Flux's unique in-band reconfiguration capability — dynamically updating keyterms and eot_threshold during an active streaming session without closing or reopening the WebSocket connection.
Uses
ListenV2Configurewithsend_configure()to inject domain-specific keyterms (spacewalk,EVA,ISS) and adjust the end-of-turn threshold mid-stream.Closes part of #604
