Adds documentation for Cloudflare Deployments and Fixes/Cleanup for Framer docs being put in the wrong location. Do not merge until Cloudflare Deployments released

Docs-only change. Framer URLs stay the same (paths unchanged); risk is mainly if anything external referenced the old folder path (unlikely for public URLs).
